but mistakes can happen. If there is any problem with your order please contact

Fridays
- I ship the next
day after payment clears
- Buyer is responsible for all Shipping
& Handling charges

My shipping calculator combines multiple items so you know you are
paying exact shipping plus $1.50 handling fee.
- I use Canada Postal Service.
Delivery Times
- With in Canada
- Up to two weeks but it usually takes a week or less
- To USA - 99%
of packages arrive within 12 business days but it can be anywhere from a week to
4 weeks. Since "9-11" USA Customs can and does make delivery times unpredictable.
- Western Europe
- We are finding the most packages arrive in a week to 10 days, but that is just
an estimate it can take up to 4 weeks depending on your Customs.
Returns

Are accepted only if:
- You are not happy with your item you
may return it for a full refund less shipping and handling.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping
costs
- Used Items, rental returns, print
music and software are sold as is and are not returnable.
- Must be returned within 5 Days from
the day the item was delivered
